The PeopleSoft Knowledge Center delivers computing and technical skills-building courses and information via the Internet. PeopleSoft will launch live Webcasts, powered solely by the InterWise Millennium 3.0 platform, to offer customers real-time, scheduled access and interaction with PeopleSoft instructors. Live courses will allow PeopleSoft’s customers to see, hear and speak with their instructors, watch a presentation, and view or navigate a PeopleSoft application from anywhere in the world.

“Today’s global economy requires that PeopleSoft utilize the most effective and efficient and easily-deployed training solutions available,” said Shelley Olson, vice president of PeopleSoft’s Education division. “After an intense search, it was apparent that InterWise had all the right features for our live eLearning requirements. They also have a personal connection with our customers, through the use of the most technically advanced eLearning software, and are supported by a first-rate service team.”

PeopleSoft previously depended on satellite connections for its distance training needs, requiring engineers to design specific installation methods for satellite dishes at each facility.
