Penn grants total $3.8 million
Project TEACH (Teachers and paraprofessionals Empowered through Accelerated ESL Certification in collaboration with Higher Education) has been developed to help provide certification for English as a Second Language teachers in four Area Education Associations (AEA) in southeast Iowa.
