Explorer Sir Raleigh attended in 1572. Physicist Stephen Hawking was there in 1959. And Web-founder Tim Berners Lee walked its hallowed halls in the early 1970s.

With such distinguished alumni, its no wonder that one of the worlds most famed and recognized institutions of higher leaning is pioneering in education once again. Englands Oxford University announced it will establish the Oxford Internet Institute, the worlds first such organization dedicated to the study of the Internet.
