GeoLearning will also provide Internet hosting, security and maintenance services for the initiative, as well as 24×7 Help Desk support for NRC employees and administrators.

The NRC program is part of the federal government’s Gov Online Learning Center e-Training Initiative. The e-Training Initiative and GOLC is an effort by the Office of Management & Budget and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management to simplify and unify e-training services across federal government and is one of 24 e-government initiatives that support President George W.
