New FCC Consumer eMail Service is Now Available

Washington, DC The Federal Communications Co’s Consumer Information Bureau’s website, www.fcc.gov/cib. Consumers may send inquiries and complaints concerning regulated telecommunications services to the FCC’s Consumer Centers through a variety of methods:

  • phone: (toll-free): 1-888-CALL-FCC (voice); 1-888-TELL-FCC (TTY);

  • postal mail: 445 12th St. SW, Washington, DC, 20554;

  • e-mail: fccinfo@fcc.gov. (general inquiries and complaints); access@fcc.gov (disability-related inquiries and complaints).

In addition, the FCC maintains another listserv, through which it e-mails out its “Daily Digest,” a summary of all its actions with links to the full texts. Directions for subscribing to the Daily Digest listserv are available on the FCC’s homepage under “Daily Digest.”
