Mentergy Announces Appointment of New Senior VP of Strategic Development – Bill Byron Concevitch

ATLANTA, Georgia — The U.S. subsidiary of Gilat Communications, Ltd. (NASDAQ:GICOF), Mentergy, Inc., a leading North American provider of enterprise e-Learning solutions, today announced that Bill Byron Concevitch has been named Senior Vice President of Strategic Development. Mr. Concevitch, who has extensive experience in the training and e-Learning industry, will lead Mentergy’s strategic partnering efforts with training and technology leaders in order to benefit Mentergy customers worldwide.

Mr. Concevitch joins Mentergy after serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Element K. For seven years prior to joining Element K, Mr. Concevitch held various key executive positions with ExecuTrain Corporation, including Vice President of Sales and Chief Learning Officer. During his time with ExecuTrain, Bill was responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s Internet and web-delivered training strategies such as the ExecuTrain Virtual Classroom solution, which uses Mentergy’s LearnLinc, live e-learning software. Mr. Concevitch also led the ExecuTrain system through unprecedented eras of growth between 1993-1997. Prior to his tenure with ExecuTrain, Mr. Concevitch spent numerous years inside the Dale Carnegie Training organization, serving as Corporate Training Specialist and Director of Marketing in one of the institutes. He led his team to earning the coveted “President’s Award,” a status achieved by less than five percent of all of the worldwide Dale Carnegie Institutes.

Mr. Concevitch is regularly quoted on industry trends and opinions in leading industry publications, and appears on thought-leading panels at ITTA (Information Technology Training Association) and other industry-related events and shows.
