McGraw-Hill Higher Education and eCollege(SM) Announce Agreement

McGraw-Hill Content Available Through eCollege AU+(SM) Platform

New York and Denver – January 8, 2002 – McGraw-Hill Higher Education, a global leading provider of educational materials and professional information targeted at the higher education market, has entered into an agreement with eCollege(SM) [Nasdaq: ECLG], a leading provider of technology and services for online higher education programs. Under the agreement, online supplements supporting McGraw-Hill titles are now available to eCollege customers through the eCollege AU+(SM) platform, giving faculty access to a broad range of content to help in building online courses, as well enhancing existing online courses.
