‘Learning poor must be helped
SEAN FARREN pledged yesterday to address the needs of the ‘learning poor, following a critical report on Irish education policies.
A study by the Centre for Cross-Border Studies had claimed that efforts to promote ‘lifelong learning were largely missing the 1.1 million Irish adults with few or no qualifications.
