KnowledgeNet’s Best Practices Conference will feature three keynote presentations and highlighted discussions with KnowledgeNet CEO Tom Graunke. The first, hosted by JoAnne Schaberick of New Course, will be a discussion on the impact of enterprise training on a Fortune 500 financial institution. Senior Vice President at Bank of America, Donna Carol, will deliver the second keynote, titled “How to Get the Highest Usage from e-learning”. Mike Flanagan, vice president of research and consulting at e-learning research organization, Lguide, will deliver the conference’s final keynote on how to sort through the confusion and select the right e-learning vendor.
