UW-Madison_logo01K12 teachers: The totally online, self-paced UW-Madison K12 Certificate in Online Education will help you develop and refine your skills in online and hybrid education. Achieve your professional goals and enhance your credibility with maximum convenience, flexibility, and affordability. For the first time, we’re offering this popular certificate program in the fall. The next cohort begins Nov 4.

To earn the certificate, you’ll complete Fundamentals of Online Teaching for K12 Instructors and a course project. The Fundamentals course provides a solid foundation in the pedagogy of online teaching, with a focus on key principles and practices important for quality K12 outcomes. The course is completely online and self-paced.

When: Course begins Nov 4 and must be completed by Jan 12, 2015
Where: Totally online, self-paced
Cost: Wisconsin K12 educator, $395. Out-of-state educator, $495. Group of 5 or more, $355 per learner
Continuing Education Units: 3.0 CEUs (30 professional development hours)
