Invitation to Experienced K-12 Online Teachers

November 8, 2004

The sessions will be facilitated, working meetings to outline and
describe some of the BEST PRACTICES for the work that you do…what it takes in instructional design and delivery to BE EFFECTIVE with a wide variety of K-12 online learners.

Some of the sessions will be structured, and others will be just like coming into a “faculty lounge” for online teachers, where you can have those valuable informal discussions with teachers doing the same work as you. The goal is to share information and create a resource for other online teachers.

WHEN: Wednesday & Thursday, December 1 & 2
WHO: Experienced K-12 Online Teachers
WHERE: Seattle, Washington (near SeaTac Airport)

COST: Registration is $50 (includes five meals and all Symposium Sessions)
