At the Spring Member Meeting, researchers from LoCI Laboratory at the University of Tennessee, where this work is being pioneered, demonstrated “Video IBPster,” an application which can deliver video at high performance over Abilene using technology that is simpler and less expensive to deploy than current approaches to streaming video.
