Internet2 Health Sciences: Vetrinary Medical Working Group

Veterinary Medicine represents a domain of life sciences that, while having much in common with human medicine, has unique issues and opportunities for the application of advanced networking and computer applications. Accordingly, the Internet2 Health Sciences Initiative has created a new Working Group specifically for Veterinary Medicine. Chaired by Gary Allen, University of Missouri, the Veterinary Medical Working Group will host a kickoff luncheon and meeting at the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) convention in Boston, July 16 from 12:00 – 13:30 p.m. at the Marriott, room Grand B.
