iLearning, Inc. to Unveil Enhancements for Live e-Learning and Collaboration

September 28, 2001

iLearning, Inc. recently announced it will unveil its new iLive product at Online Learning 2001 in Los Angeles next week.

An enhancement to the iPlatform and iGateway products, iLive delivers synchronous training and corporate communications to any desktop with a 28.8 modem. iLearning’s 20kbps technology delivers streaming video, audio and chat services for any number of users and delivers broadband flexibility in a modem user bandwidth.

Built on an XML platform, iLive utilizes the latest Microsoft(TM) VML technologies, and provides near full-motion video frame rates. The service also features student rosters, interactive questioning, whiteboards, group chats and individualized private messaging.

Ideal for corporate communications, product updates and training sessions involving geographically-dispersed participants, the iLive product cuts costs while alleviating concerns about the security of business travel. It also allows organizations to rapidly distribute mission-critical information while maintaining the collaborative element of group meetings. Perfect for executive presenters who don’t have time to learn complicated systems, iLive is easy to use and allows for a more personal interaction between the corporate headquarters and field employees.

iLive and the full line of iLearning products and services can be seen at Online Learning 2001, Booth 1452, Los Angeles Convention Center, October 1-3.
