I2-NEWS: Sun Microsystems and Internet2 Create Directory Testbed for Higher Education
Sun Microsystems, Inc. and Internet2 today
announced the development of the Directory of Directories for Higher
Education (DoDHE). The directory of directories is a service testbed
enabling people to find and communicate with each other in the United States
by using high performance network applications such as video-conferencing.
The Directory will support over 6 million people in the United States.
