Home schoolers make the transition, and the grades, at Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt is known for attracting the brightest students from top high schools across the country. However, amongst the students who were among the finest in their class is a small group of equally sharp students who may have never set foot in a traditional classroom. Perhaps to the surprise of many, a handful of home-schooled students pass Vanderbilt’s rigorous admissions process and enroll in classes each fall.
