High Court rules against file sharing
Internet file-sharing services can be held responsible if they intend for their customers to use software primarily to swap songs and movies illegally, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on June 27, rejecting warnings that the lawsuits will stunt the growth of cool technology gadgets such as the next iPod.
