Gumbrecht sees limits to use of technology in the classroom
University educators at Stanford and elsewhere largely have extolled the wonders of technology for teaching. But is something lost when professors and lecturers rely too heavily on technology? Or when interaction with students takes place remotely — in cyberspace rather than in the real space of the classroom?
