The Center for Internet Technology in Education (CiTE), sponsored by eCollege.comsm [Nasdaq: ECLG], and the Kentucky Virtual High School (KVHS) announced today that key administrators and public policy members from 31 states and the White House will participate in the first ever Virtual High School Symposium, October 17-18 in Louisville, Kentucky.
