WESTWOOD, Mass., Oct 17, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Negotiating on behalf of the IUPUI University Library, Faxon, RoweCom Academic & Medical Services (NASDAQ:ROWE) today signed an agreement to license seven electronic journals with Kluwer Academic Publishers, setting in motion a new vendor/publisher e-journal acquisition model that dramatically changes and simplifies the way libraries obtain access to e-journals.
