Instructional Television Fixes Service (ITFS) is a distance learning technology that has provided education services to students and teachers since the 1960’s. ITFS licenses are only available to educational institutions (both K-12 and higher education) engaged in the formal education of enrolled students, or non-profit organizations providing educational programming for schools and communities.
