Dec. 08, 2000 (Satellite Today, Vol. 3, No. 228 via COMTEX) — Eutelsat said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with CNIT (Italy’s national inter-university consortium for telecommunications) to use Ka- band capacity on the Italsat F2 satellite.
