e-TQM College highlights regional online learning experience at e-learning conference in Berlin
Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, Director of e-TQM College and Prof. Salah E. Khelfaoui, Director of Academic Programs and Projects, e-TQM College, who were invited by IBM, the platinum sponsors of the conference, took part in the Middle East e-Learning Forum and Exchange, held on the sidelines of Online Educa Berlin, to provide an overview of the e-learning market in the Middle East.
