E-Mexico Web Plan Aims to Speed Up Development

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – From big cities to remote Indian villages, passing through deserts, mountains and jungles, the Internet will soon be speeding up Mexico’s development, under an ambitious new plan, government officials said.
