E-learning gets boost from HP
The memorandum of understanding was signed by NCU’s Center for Science and Technology and HP Taiwan. The project was one of the first global collaborative research networks on one-on-one educational computing initiated by the IT giant and Taiwan’s e-learning advocates, officials said.
