Distance Learning is an Educationally Sound and Cost-Effective Solution for Arkansas’ Small Schools, Says Advocacy Group

According to the Rural School and Community Trust (Rural Trust), distance-learning technology can help the state’s small, rural schools provide excellent curriculum for students, as well as continuing professional development for teachers, at an average annual cost per district of less than $20,000-less than the salary of a beginning teacher.
