Cyber charter school recruits in area
The Richters, of Normalville, Fayette County, enrolled Jacob, 13, and Ray, 12, in the Pennsylvania Virtual Charter School — the state’s largest cyber school — and are now heavily involved in the boys’ education on a daily basis.
