Council for the Advancement and Support of Education Recognizes Athabasca University MBA Graduate
Noel-Bentley received the award for her M.B.A. thesis, “Leveraging the balanced scorecard to measure accountability in alumni relations,” Athabasca University, Alberta, Canada. Written in 2003, the thesis examined the ways in which alumni relations programs in colleges and universities are perceived to add value to an institution’s strategic priorities. The findings suggest a framework to create and evaluate a strategy focused alumni program within post secondary environments.
