James Sensenbrenner, Chairman of the House Committee on the Judiciary, and John Conyers Jr., Ranking Member of the Committee, today introduced HR 5417, the “Internet Freedom and Nondiscrimination Act of 2006,” legislation to amend the Clayton Act to ensure competitors and consumers have a remedy for discrimination or anticompetitive behavior by companies that control access to the Internet.
