Commission wants to close loophole governing Internet college
The American Public University System moved its headquarters to Charles Town from Manassas, Va., last year after failing to gain regional accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. In West Virginia, colleges and universities are accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
