Children’s learning centers embrace the 21st Century
Every afternoon at Glasgow Middle School in Fairfax County, kids break
dance, paint, play music and act. It’s a program funded by 21st Century
Community Learning Centers, a component of
the Clinton administration’s efforts to keep children safe, provide academic
and cultural enrichment and establish lifelong learning opportunities for
community members.
