Broadband delay slows traffic on tech superhighway
So I’m driving on a two-lane highway. I’m in a hurry to get somewhere very important. Life-alteringly important. I have to get to my soccer game. I look up, and I’m closing in fast on a Ford Taurus. In the driver’s seat is a very small person topped by a hat — one with a crease in the middle, narrow brim all the way around, probably houndstooth. The hat, I mean, not the person.
