July 24, 2003

Founded in 1992, Wrox Press has focused on providing authoritative, timely information to address real-world programming problems. Books cover a variety of topics of interest to professional programmers such as ASP, Java, PHP,
Perl, SQL, VB, and .NET. Through this agreement, Books24x7 subscribers will
now have online access to the unabridged text of these titles, as well as the ability to search for specific information using Books24x7’s unique multi-tier search engine.

Representative Wrox titles to be added to ITPro include:

— “Beginning VB.NET, Second Edition,” Matthew Reynolds, 2002
— “Professional ASP.NET 1.0,” Alex Homer and Dave Sussman, 2002

“This agreement with Books24x7 brings Wrox titles to an expanded reader audience,” said Joe Wikert, vice president and publisher, John Wiley & Sons. “Books published by Wrox Press have always had an excellent reputation for usability and relevance among the IT community, especially software programmers. Books24x7 will make these titles even more accessible and usable for addressing day-to-day programming issues and professional knowledge requirements.”
“Wrox has been one of our most frequently requested publishers. We are pleased to be adding the best top-selling Wrox titles to our ITPro collection,” said John Ambrose, general manager of Books24x7. “The addition of this major collection supports our ongoing commitment to develop partnerships with those publishers important to our subscribers.” The ITPro collection currently includes more than 2,700 unabridged titles from more than 85 different publishing partners.
