AB 1825 online training

November 21, 2005

HR Classroom has added “Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for California Supervisors” to its popular line of harassment prevention trainings for supervisors and staff. This training is specifically designed to meet the training requirements of California AB 1825.

“HR Classroom’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for California Supervisors meets the requirements of California AB 1825, specifically: 2+ hours; interactive; customizable with company policy; and allows interaction with the training administrator,” notes Keith Fink of the California-based Keith Fink & Associates. “The training also provides a wide variety of scenarios that give trainees a strong understanding of the many ways harassment in the workplace can occur. The optional audio adds reinforcement of the training concepts. All in all, a useful way to meet the AB 1825 requirement.”

The HR Classroom compliance training system delivers content via a Web browser to almost any Internet-connected computer. HR Classroom allows companies with multiple locations to provide compliance training easily and regularly, in a cost-effective manner. The organization’s policy can also be inserted directly into each training. Over 50,000 employees throughout North America are trained annually using HR Classroom.

In addition to the trainings mentioned above, HR Classroom provides a full line of employee legal compliance training, including: Sexual Harassment Prevention (Spanish & English); Sexual Harassment Prevention for Managers and Supervisors (Spanish & English); Discrimination and Harassment Prevention (Spanish & English); Discrimination and Harassment Prevention for Supervisors (Spanish & English); Workplace Violence Prevention; Ergonomics in the Workplace; Code of Business Conduct and Ethics; Interviewing and Hiring; Discipline of Employees; Termination of Employees, and Email and Internet Use in the Workplace, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Diversity: From Awareness to Action, Hiring and the ADA, Managing Under the ADA, Building a Drug-Free Workplace, Emergency Action Plans, Understanding the Hazard Communications Standard, Canadian law versions of the harassment prevention trainings, two trainings on HIPAA, and three trainings on the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
